White, who grew up in Cordova Park in District 4, brings decades of local governance, civic, and neighborhood leadership experience to his bid for municipal office.
White’s campaign is structured around three primary pillars: creating local economic opportunities that retain young professionals, delivering robust support for city emergency services, and protecting local quality of life through environmental and park infrastructure investments.

A central element of White’s economic platform centers on expanding high-quality job opportunities within Pensacola. Drawing from his background as a graduate of Leadership Pensacola and his years working within the regional real estate and mortgage sectors, White advocates for policies that foster economic growth capable of keeping young people in the area. White emphasizes that creating sustainable, well-paying career paths is critical to ensuring Pensacola’s youth can build long-term lives and families in their hometown rather than relocating to larger metro areas. On public safety, White advocates for strong municipal backing for the Pensacola Police Department and Pensacola Fire Department. His platform prioritizes securing necessary operational funding, modernizing equipment, and supporting initiatives that enhance retention and recruitment across the city’s first responder network.

Environmental protection forms the third key focus of White’s campaign. White places emphasis on municipal water quality, advocating for municipal oversight to protect local drinking water supplies as well as the environmental health of Pensacola’s surrounding bays and bayous.
White’s candidacy is supported by a long record of municipal board service in Pensacola. He currently serves as Chairman of Pensacola’s Zoning Board of Adjustments, a body he has served on continuously since 1999, providing him with direct oversight experience regarding city land-use policies, zoning variances, and neighborhood development standards.

Voters in District 4 will get their choice to cast their ballots for White or Brian Cole in the upcoming municipal election on November 3, 2026, with early voting running from October 19 through November 1, 2026.
